It’s been a few years since the Lord dropped the words, ‘house of prayer’, into our thinking. Ever since we’ve been holding space to see if this was the Lord, first of all. Then, to allow the details to be slowly filled in by Holy Spirit. Our hearts have been caught ever since.
At Capturing Courage International Ministries we have been reminded, compelled, convicted, nurtured and encouraged in prayer. We’ve a habit of inner healing prayer since the year 2000. With much practice since that time.
Overseas we have seen the blessings of prayer between ourselves. We’ve given courage to others to pray when they didn’t think they could. And we’ve seen healing and miracles and witness of the simplest expectations of our hearts filled by the expansive presence of the Lord.
Of course, we can all, each of us, be a house of prayer. The gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ does not need any buildings or great money. In fact, less is best, in many of this! But we are establishing a place for a gathering of his people. We are hosting the Lord and each other.
